Offered for sale, a very interesting antique hanging baby cradle or crib with a heavry Arts & Crafts influence.  My husband (an antiques dealer) bought this decades ago to use as a hanging planter or Pots and Pans Hanger, but we never got around to it. The cradle is made of solid wood with 4 metal rings that are supported with metal rods that go through the base of the cradle. The cradle measures 38" long by 25" wide and 14" to the top of the ball corners. My husband's plan was to make a tin tray for the bottom with a hole for drainage and hang from an adjustable pully for a planter. Or, hang it from the kitchen ceiling for a pots and pan hanger.  I am not sure of the kind of wood it is made from. It is an extremely unusual architectural piece that would make a nice statement or display for your home or business.  In all my years we have never seen anything like this Crib and think you will be very pleased.  Our downsizing is your gain!
