Comes with a manual copy, pair of 3-500Z (one labeled EIMAC, both have clear glass & good filaments), tube plenums, and an unterminated power cable - simply add the connector that matches your 220 volt line. No noticeable smoke or arc damage. Power transformer looks good. This amplifier was up and operational until the owner moved it and broke off the RF Input connector. The connector has been reinstalled but not internally connected. This is an easy fix. I simply don't have the required 220 volts to test it.
