Very nice Medium power amplifier for .05 - 3.2GHz 25dB gain, 24dBm P1 (250mW)! Great 250MW driver for 6M - 2304GHz. This amp has excellent gain flatness. Supply voltage range is +12 to +15V. All kinds of bench test applications for this amp. Amplifier comes with an attached heat-sink to make your life easier. For those with high gain dishes this amp maybe suitable for ES'Hail-2 up-link. It can also be used to drive one of my Spectrian 25W amps in the case where you do not have a high gain dish! I am using one with a 100MHz oscillator on the input to drive one of the HP Step Recovery Diode modules as found in the 8590 series analyzers. This combination makes a great portable comb generator good to over 20GHz
