1979 This is the LP record of QUIET RIOT's second album "Riot No Tomorrow" released only in Japan.
Formed by Randy Rhodes in 1973.

At that time, while Van Halen was a prominent figure in American hard rock overseas, it was only in Japan that they were taken up as one of the American heavy metal groups. I think Japanese fans and record companies are amazing in that they were the first to notice the greatness of Randy Rhoads.
